Event Description:
Recently, the Albert Lea HR Group had the opportunity to attend a one-day workshop hosted by SE MN Together, to identify some of the regional challenges faced in filling the worker shortage gaps within our businesses. If we identify a challenge, we need to look at solutions.
Please join the Albert Lea HR Group in a series of three "lunch and learn" workshops and learn more about the untapped potential of our employable population.
Join us Thursday, June 16th for or next topic, “Recruiting, Attracting and Building a Multi-Generational Team: Bringing Five Generations Together."
Think of it… five generations represented in the labor force at one time. From Traditionalists, the Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and the Linkers, this is a special time in the workforce. Whether you are in a hiring position, a trainer/supervisor, are one of the five or know someone from one of the generations, you will find this an interesting, intriguing and educational topic. We have interactive activities and fun planned!
