Name: To learn about some local Dementia-Friendly Initiatives
Date: July 22, 2021
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CDT
Event Description:
Some months back, the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce established a Community Resiliency Committee. The purpose of this committee is to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health and to serve the diverse needs of our community. Alzheimer’s and dementia have become one key area of focus for this group.

As a key community leader, you are cordially invited to attend our 1-hour, ‘kick-off’ informational session, to learn about some local dementia-friendly initiatives that have been developed; and, our broader vision, to become Dementia Friendly Freeborn County.

You are welcome to invite a guest to attend with you. We only ask that you RSVP by Tuesday, July 20th. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you!
Shari
